Movement Matters Chiropractic
I believe that it not only matters how much we move but in the way that we move. It’s my goal to teach and encourage my patients about proper movements but also how to incorporate more movement into their lives. My approach is for those who have a sedentary lifestyle as well as active lifestyles. We can all strive to improve out movement!
Dr. Andrew Taylor
I grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia. I played sports growing up and took a liking to anything involving a racquet. I also enjoyed playing in a band with some of my best friends in high school and early college years. I finished my Bachelors degree in Exercise Science at West Chester University in 2014. It was during this time that I was introduced to chiropractic while doing volunteer work for school. I had the opportunity to be a rehab technician at a local chiropractors office. During my time there I learned the potential chiropractic has and how diverse it can be which intrigued and excited me at the same time. I really liked the idea of joining active care (exercise) with hands on chiropractic work. It was exciting to see people actually getting better! This experience was what ultimately drove me to apply to New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) in the Finger Lakes. I graduated from in the winter or 2018 and started working as an associate doctor at a local private practice for just shy or 6 years. These years were pivotal in my clinical development. In 2024 I felt the Lord calling me to start up my own private practice which is where Movement Matters Chiropractic was birthed.
I could not have done any of this without the Lords guidance and directions in my life. He put my incredible wife Laura in my life who has been with since the end of my under grad schooling. We have two awesome kids who are exhausting but so much fun. We are partners at Timberline Church in Strasburg, PA and love the people that the Lord has put in our lives.
